HealthAssist is designed to meet your employee's basic
medical needs associated with sickness and accidents.
With premiums starting at only $4.95 per week, they can
easily afford this plan.
Three levels of coverage are available, and your employees
select the one that best meets their medical and financial
situation. Members can see any doctor. The plan is a
guaranteed issue to all employees and their families,
so no medical questions will be asked.
The dental assistance plan covers the most common preventive and
basic procedures, and your employees can go to any licensed dentist.
The discount vision plan allows your employees to save on all of
their eye care needs including exams, frames, lenses and contacts.
